Our story
Why we built Innovex.
Dubai's creative ecosystem grew faster than its infrastructure. The studios that existed were either over-built and overpriced for an agency day rate, or under-equipped and uninsured for a serious shoot.
We wanted something in the middle. A space that runs to professional standards, prices transparently by the hour, and never asks you to chase a quote. A place where a freelance photographer, an agency producer, and a podcast host can all book the same room and feel equally at home.
Innovex Studios opened in 2024 in Nadd Al Hamar — central, ground-floor access, free parking, and 24/7 operation. Four products under one roof: the studio, the podcast set, an event venue, and an equipment rental catalog. One booking flow, one calendar, one invoice.

Every hour and every gear day has a price online. No quote forms, no minimum spends, no waiting for someone to get back to you.
Real people.
Every booking has a named studio contact. Every shoot has an on-site assistant. Every WhatsApp reply is from a person, not a bot.
Operations-first.
Power, climate, internet, security, parking — everything that doesn't show up in the photos. We build for the day-of practicality first.
One invoice.
Studio + podcast + equipment can land on a single monthly invoice. Agencies don't want twelve PO lines for one campaign.
