We're a small, deliberate team in Dubai. No open roles are publicly listed right now, but we keep a running shortlist for on-floor operations, production, and creative freelancers we refer to clients. Speculative applications are welcome.

We don't hide behind dashboards. Every role touches the space — sweeping the cove, helping crews move walls, catching the details cameras miss.

Published, not quoted.
We put prices on the website. We publish cancellation terms. If a client can't understand what they're paying, we've written it badly.

Fewer meetings, more prep.
Shoots don't care about Slack. Pre-production is where good days are made. We optimise for time on set, not time in status updates.

Quiet excellence.
The kind of work where clients just say "Innovex handled it." No fanfare, few brags — the outcome is the brand.

- Three examples of past work, if creative.
- Your availability and preferred working pattern.
We read every application. We reply to the ones we want to meet. If we don't have a fit now, we keep the strongest CVs on file for when we do.
