For agencies

Reserve your studio hours by the month.

A retainer reserves a block of studio hours for you every month at a fixed hourly rate. Those hours sit ahead of public bookings on the calendar, more than one person on your team can book against them, and it all arrives on a single invoice at month end.

Retainer hours are discounted already, so they do not earn loyalty credit on top. Everything else you book — podcast sessions, equipment, hours beyond the block — earns at Loyalty Pro: 10% back in studio credit.

Shooting on your own rather than as a team? Creator plans are the single-person version of the same thing.

Everything an agency PM expects.

Monthly invoicing.

One consolidated invoice on the last working day of the month. Studio, podcast, and equipment all on a single line. 30-day payment terms. PO numbers accepted.

Priority over ad-hoc.

Retainer hours sit ahead of public bookings on the calendar. Same-day requests possible during business hours; 48-hour priority for non-urgent.

Named contact.

A specific person on our team owns your account. Slack / WhatsApp / email — whichever channel works for your PM.

Multi-seat access.

Up to 5 named bookers on a single retainer share the reserved hours pool. Each booker gets their own login.

Roll-over hours.

Up to 50% of unused monthly hours roll forward once. Avoids hoarding while giving real schedule flexibility.

Multi-day bookings.

Consecutive days on one booking, with build days and overnight gear holds included. Tell us the shape of the run and we'll hold the calendar.

Four steps from a call to your first booked hour.

1

Scoping call

Thirty minutes: your usual monthly volume, the shoot types, who will be booking, and where invoices go. You leave with a tier recommendation.

2

The agreement

A one-page agreement with your blended rate, your included hours, and any custom terms. You sign it, we countersign.

3

Calendar access

Your PMs book studio and podcast slots against the reserved hours, and those bookings sit ahead of public ones.

4

Month close

On the last working day of the month, one consolidated invoice — bookings, overage hours, and equipment rental, itemised.

What agency PMs and procurement teams ask.

The creativity is what got me. The content came back stronger than I had pictured it, and the execution was on point.

The founder · Activewear label

We are strict about execution, and the professionalism here matched it. Every product got the coverage it needed.

Shama

The team · Fragrance house, UAE

We're a tailoring house, so a change of garment happens every few minutes on a shoot day. A proper changing room and a prep station in the same space kept us moving.
