Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of innovexstudios.com and any booking made with Innovex Studios. Using the site or making a booking means you accept these terms.

1. Who we are
Innovex Studios operates a creative studio rental, podcast recording, and equipment rental business in Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, UAE. These terms are issued by Innovex Studios, operating under the Innovex Agency business registration.
2. Using the website
- You may browse, research pricing, and make bookings via innovexstudios.com.
- You may not scrape, reproduce, or reuse our content, pricing, or imagery for commercial purposes without written permission.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the booking system, introduce malicious code, or use the site in any way that disrupts service.
3. Bookings
All bookings made through this site are governed by the Booking & Cancellation Policy. Equipment rentals are additionally governed by the Equipment Rental Policy. On-site conduct is governed by the House Rules. All three documents are part of these terms.
4. Pricing and payment
- Published prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%), which is added at checkout.
- We may adjust published prices with reasonable notice. Your booking is honored at the rate in effect at the time you made it.
- Approved payment methods are listed in the Booking Policy.
5. Memberships (Creator & Agency)
Recurring monthly memberships are offered for individual creators (/for-creators) and for agencies and brand teams (/for-agencies). The terms below apply to every membership, regardless of tier.
- Billing cycle.Memberships are billed monthly on your signup date (or the closest valid date in months that don’t contain it). Each cycle covers the full reserved-hours allotment for that tier.
- Cancellation notice. You may cancel at any time with at least 30 days’ written notice to info@innovexstudios.com. Your access continues to the end of the current paid cycle plus the notice period; no refund is issued for the partial cycle. This term is disclosed at signup and accepted as part of the membership agreement, satisfying the transparent-disclosure requirement under UAE Federal Law 15/2020 (Consumer Protection) Art. 14. Memberships are a B2B / business-creator service contract, not a one-off consumer purchase, and the Article’s 14-day unconditional-return regime for retail goods does not apply by its own terms; this notice provision is the contractual mechanism for ending the recurring service relationship.
- Pro-rata in the final month.Hours used in your final cycle are billed at the membership’s blended rate. Unused hours in the final cycle are forfeited and do not roll over or refund as cash.
- Hour rollover during active membership. Solo and Pro tiers roll one cycle of unused hours forward (use-it-or-lose-it across two consecutive cycles). Studio tier rollover is capped at 50% of the monthly allotment. See your tier page for specifics.
- Payment failure. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe Smart Retries automatically re-attempts the charge over a window of up to 8 days using machine-learned timing (the exact number of retries varies by card issuer). Throughout that window you receive email reminders with a one-click update-card link. If every retry fails your membership is suspended (booking access paused but reserved hours preserved for 14 days). After 14 days of suspension, the membership is cancelled and unused hours are forfeited.
- Tier specifics— pricing, included hours, and per-tier perks are documented on the relevant page and may be updated with at least 30 days’ notice. Material price changes do not apply to existing members until their next renewal cycle after the notice period.
6. Intellectual property
- All content on innovexstudios.com — text, imagery, layout, branding — is owned by Innovex Studios or used under license. Unauthorized reuse is not permitted.
- Clients own 100% of the content they create during their bookings.
- Innovex may photograph the space itself (not client content or talent) for marketing.
7. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep pricing, availability, equipment details, and policies accurate. Errors may occur. If a booking reflects an obviously incorrect price (for example, an equipment rental listed at 1/10 its normal rate), Innovex reserves the right to correct the error and re-confirm the booking with the customer at the correct price, or refund in full.
AI assistant.The on-site “Ask Innovex” chat is powered by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude) and is provided as a convenience for general questions about the studio, pricing, packages, and policies. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Information provided by the chat assistant does not constitute a confirmed booking, a price guarantee, an availability commitment, or any contractual offer. Always verify details with the Innovex team (email or WhatsApp) before relying on a chat answer to make a booking decision. Prices and policies displayed on the rest of the site (the pricing page, the booking flow, the legal pages) remain the canonical source of truth.
8. Third-party services
We use third-party services to run the site and process payments:
- Stripe for card payments.
- Hostinger for the VPS, managed Postgres database, and email (Titan SMTP) — your booking, account, and consent data are stored on infrastructure operated by Hostinger International Ltd.
- Anthropic for AI chat responses.
- Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics.
Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies, linked from our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Innovex Studios’ total liability for any claim arising from a booking or use of the site is limited to the amount paid by the client for the booking giving rise to the claim. We do not accept liability for indirect losses (loss of revenue, lost content, missed shoots, reputational damage).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes affecting active bookings will be communicated to those customers at least 14 days in advance. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
